We are currently living in Didsbury, Alberta where Debbie is working at Front Porch Realty. On October, 2011 John began serving as Transitional Lead Pastor at Bethel EM Church in Three Hills. We continue to live in Didsbury, in a quiet neighbourhood close to the golf course.
To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, we took a one week vacation to Ricon de Guayabitos, Mexico. Guayabitos is a fishing village about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta on the west coast of Mexico. We stayed at the all inclusive resort called Decameron los Cocos.

The observation of the season of Lent has not been a part of my spiritual heritage. Celebrating Lent can bring value if kept in perspective and bring us to focus on God, his work in the past, and His desire to work in us at present. It is my aim to follow guided reflections during Lent this year and I intend to journal some of my impressions in my blog.
